Jumbo Lump Crabcake

Back fin crabmeat blended with lobster aioli, chives, Dijon mustard & seasonings, pan sautéed,
set on rice, accompanied with our lobster Cream sauce.  

Black & Bleu Beef Tips
Pan blackened beef tenderloin tips with piped garlic mashed potatoes, with bleu cheese
crumbles, served with demi glace, topped with fried onions.

Gorgonzola Bruschetta
Toasted Italian flat bread topped with gorgonzola butter & balsamic marinated tomatoes
then topped with shredded parmesan cheese.

Peppercorn Ahi Tuna
Char-grilled ahi tuna dredged in our peppercorn seasoning then sliced, set atop our
house rice, wasabi aioli & red pepper aioli.

Coconut Shrimp
Three jumbo butterfly shrimp dipped in tempura batter & coconut, served with
chipotle pepper cream & garlic mashed potatoes. 

Calamari Fritters
Julienne calamari steaks dipped in tempura batter and lightly fried, garnished with
red pepper aioli & honey mustard sauce.

Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms
Large mushroom caps filled with a bay shrimp & crabmeat stuffing then topped with
our lobster
cream sauce & confetti peppers.        7.95
