Branmors' menu offers global &
classic dishes prepared every day by
chef Walter Dobrovolny & his staff.
The menu is styled with dishes that
are beautifully presented and taste
great. Branmor's American Grill is
primarily known as a steakhouse.
From large, tender filet mignon to
the new "Grid Iron" steak, Branmor's
has the steak for you. Yet we offer
plenty of other dining options.
Fresh seafood is what it is all
about. We offer fresh seafood
selections such as our mixed grill;
based upon what is available around
the world. Branmor's purchases fresh
seafood daily from Hawaii as well as
Alaska, California, Mexico and the
list goes on. Australian lobster
tails & Alaskan King Crab legs are
featured on our menu daily. Daily
specials may include seasonal items
like Alaskan Halibut, Copper River
Salmon, Mano de Leon JUMBO Scallops
& Hawaiian Swordfish just to name a
few.
Our house specialties are tried and
true. Walt's barbequed ribs are
known as some of the best in the
area. Our barbeque sauce is made
from scratch from chef Walter's our
private recipe. Chicken Madeira with
seasonal wild mushrooms in a rich
Madeira infused demi glace are sure
to please any palate. Try the hand
prepared coconut Shrimp Especial
with a chipolte cream sauce. This
area of the menu is sure to please.
Desserts are a real specialty at
Branmor's. Try the classic Bananas
Foster Profiterole or the Flourless
Chocolate Waffle ("tap dances on the
tip of your tongue") on for size.
